Ray Kelvin CBE is the founder and former chief executive of global fashion company, Ted Baker. He started working in his uncle’s menswear shop in Enfield at the age of eleven and founded the Ted Baker brand in 1988 when he opened a shop in Glasgow, specialising in men’s shirts.
In a rare public talk, hear from the man that has always liked to be less famous than his brand. Ray will talk about how he led the Ted Baker empire using motivation and influence.
Ted Baker is one of the largest fashion brands in the world and Ray himself is a big supporter of the Bournemouth area, having invested significantly in the Hilton Hotel, as well as launching THIS Workspace.
