Startup Grind Bournemouth – Jim Cregan: How To Scale
January 23 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm£10 – £15
We’re excited to welcome Bournemouth startup legend Jim Cregan of Jimmy’s Iced Coffee in January and although most local entrepreneurs will already be familiar with how Jim and his sister Suzie started their coffee empire, they might not know about the problems, pitfalls, and challenges they faced while scaling to the national household name we all know and love today.
Scaling to a business capable of producing more than 5.5 million drinks a year from outlets including supermarket giants like Tesco and Waitrose doesn’t come without its challenges and that’s what we want to explore in more detail in this session.
In this interactive and intimate fireside chat, we’ll be talking about:
The journey of Jimmy’s Iced Coffee
The challenges of trying to work with supermarket giants like Tesco and Waitrose
Biggest pitfalls to avoid when scaling a business
Delivering against promises
