Grant Funding available for Tech/Digital/Creative projects in Dorset!

 

Silicon South are on the hunt for Technology, Digital and Creative companies who are doing great things for the local digital economy, by experimenting with new technologies, creating new products or services and expanding their team as a result.

 

Whether you are developing a new app, experimenting with AI or enhancing your service offering, we can help!

 

Provided by the European Regional Development Fund, we have grants between £1,000 – £3,000 available for local companies who are creating new tech-based products and services.

Criteria:

  • The grant must go towards the creation of a new tech-based product
  •  Your product or service must be new to the market
  •  The grant must be match funded 2 to 1. For example, if we give you £1,000 you must provide £2,000.
  •  The minimum total cost of the project has to be £3,000. Anything smaller will not be considered.
  • You must be registered as a Limited Company.
  • Your company address must be registered in Dorset.
  •  Your project must be completed by mid-June.
  • You must be willing to complete several items of paperwork during the processing period and communicate regularly with Silicon South.
